TRAXXION DYNAMICS straight-rate fork spring kits are manufactured from lightweight chrome silicon spring steel and are guaranteed for life to be within 2% of the claimed rate.

Being a long narrow spring, fork springs bow as the compress. When they bow they rub on the inside of the fork tube; this rubbing action causes wear on the spring and contaminates the oil. By using a smaller O.D spring and internal buffer this wear and contamination is prevented.

The Rebound Axxion Valve is necessary for many late model sportbikes to replace the stock restrictive “orifice” damping pistons. Some models absolutely have to have them, since the stock rebound mechanisms aren’t rebuildable or revalvable.
